You can discuss special requests directly with your favorite sales assistant in the chat.
Please note that the sales assistants can usually only wear, refine or respond to special requests after the purchase. This is the only way the sales assistants can guarantee an optimal experience for you. Depending on the agreed wearing time and special request, it may take a different amount of time for the item to arrive. However, you will receive a message as soon as your delightful goods are on their way to you. Experience shows that the sellers are very reliable.
Depending on what it is and the complexity of the “production”, it may take longer. However, your salesperson will usually give you a precise indication of when your purchase will be “produced” and when you can expect the goods to be dispatched. So please be patient. You will benefit all the more from great and incomparable quality.

Please note that in most cases you are buying a personalized product on World of Feet. Once production or the wearing period has started, the item can no longer be canceled. Cancellation must be approved by the seller.
The sellers themselves are responsible for the packaging. However, they are required to pack the items in airtight packaging. We at World of Feet always carry out our own quality controls and thus maintain a very high quality standard.
